What you're NOT getting: a gourmet meal, or even a very good meal for that matter. The pasta and sauces are very basic and uninteresting. And the sides (appetizer, dessert...): yuck! We've gotten a variety of cookies, kettle corn, and canned cheese: all highly processed and loaded with sugar.
It comes packed in peanut shells, which is not recyclable. Who does that these days? They need to learn from Amazon and revisit their packaging.
This was a gift to us and we are very thankful for the gesture, but if you're looking to buy this for a gift for yourself or family/friends, I definitely would not recommend it.
