(More customer reviews)I love these pastas- yes, they have a different texture and taste than the regular storebought flour pastas, but unlike those flour pastas (including whole wheat) which have little nutrition or fiber, and act like glue in your gut, the Ezekiel pasta is packed with nutrients and fiber and it actually helps regulate you.
I think the transition from mainstream to more healthful foods is difficult for a lot of folks if they compare it to what they've been used to and expect the truly healthful stuff to taste and feel the same. For those who eat little to no prepackaged processed foods, I think you'll love this as much as I do. And that includes their cereals. I know my body loves this stuff! :)
