(More customer reviews)The black rice is well priced for a very fine product. You have to boil it for a long time (around 30 minutes) in order to break the outer skin. The effort returns a very tasty rice which makes eating the usual white rice seem to be a waste of time. The only small fault is that it is just slightly soggy, but only slightly and this comment should NOT put you off from buying what is GREAT high value-to-price ratio product.
