I did not read this book cover to cover, because the etiquette described in the chapters I did review, including "Communication", "Weddings", "Giving and Receiving Gifts", and "Office Etiquette" was either obvious (fake enjoyment if you receive an uninspired gift, be on time for a job interview...) or unhelpfully broad. This book may be appropriate for a teen whose manners need polishing. But as an [I hope] already somewhat considerate adult, I picked up no new information or strategies from this book.
