(More customer reviews)If you haven't had this larger type of couscous before, it's a nice alternative to Italian pasta. The package does lack cooking instructions, though. It takes about 30 minutes or so to get it just right (cooked all the way through but not mushy). I like to prepare it as I would risotto (sauteed, then boiled), but it's good just boiled, too. Add some mushrooms, onions and a little olive oil, and you've got a delicious side dish!
