(More customer reviews)We purchased this turkey for T-day and it arrived right on time, nicely iced. We brined it with just plain kosher salt overnight. We roasted the turkey breast-side up and then turned it over so that the breast was underneath. It was the best tasting turkey we've ever had. Several of our dinner guests said that they were not very fond of turkey, but that this bird changed their minds!
We'll be ordering these turkeys next year.
