(More customer reviews)I bought several of these freezer cookbooks. This one is my favorite. I am not going to spend a whole day cooking for a month. I wanted a book that showed me how to cook a meal for tonight and make extra to freeze for later. This one has directions for both finishing part right then, and for freezing for later. It works out great.
I also think this has the best recipies. Everything I have tried has been great. The recipe for South of the Border Lasagna is worth the price of the book. My husband grabbed the frozen one just the next week to have for dinner.
These are not "light" recipies; they are tasty!
