Taco Bell Home Originals Ultimate Nachos Kit, 18.5-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 5) Review

Taco Bell Home Originals Ultimate Nachos Kit, 18.5-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 5)
Average Reviews:

I remember buying these a few years back and thought they were too salty then but never saw them in the market when I moved to another state. I then ordered them from Amazon. What I do is put the chips (included), in a microwavable bowl first then add the cheese (included), then add the beans, (also included). I leave the salsa out then add some Ortega mild taco sauce and then add diced tomatoes and warm it up for 2 minutes in the microwave. After, I then add a little Daisy sour cream to the top. It is a really good snack and great to share with others. I went through the first `bulk' order so quickly I had to order another one. This is a nice treat to eat every once in awhile. No complaints at all and also it is not as salty as I remember it.

Thai Pavilion Single Serve Microwavable Spicy Pad Thai, 2.79-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 6) Review

Average Reviews:

This is the first Thai Pavilion product I have tried. My expectations were low because pre-packaged foods like this are not usually very tasty. I was wrong about this one! The box claims that the noodles are hot and spicy, and they are! Very tasty, very spicy. Like a previous reviewer mentioned, the portion isn't huge so you should pack a salad or some fruits or veggies to round out your meal. As prepared, the meal has 300 calories and 4.5g of fat. Not too bad for a quick, easy, cheap, tasty microwavable meal!

I gave this four stars because the price here is a little steep...but overall the taste is really really delicious, easy and fast to make. im in college right now so i dont have very much time to spend cooking meals, (im not good at cooking anyway, so this is convienet). everything you need is in the box, all i needed to make this was water. two bowls and two glasses of water filled me up, so im happy to have left overs tomorrow.
Definately worth a try!

Marie Callender's Chicken Pot Pie, 16.5-Ounce Box (Pack of 12) Review

Marie Callender's Chicken Pot Pie, 16.5-Ounce Box (Pack of 12)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I made the mistake of picking up one of MC's chicken pot pies at the store, thinking it would be an easy way of getting a full meal without having to add things to it. Big mistake.
While the pie is delicious & the crust fantastic, the amount of calories for the entire pie is around 1,000 calories- half of the average daily allotment. On top of that, the amount of sodium in the pie is around 70-80% of the sodium you should be eating for the entire day. The 500 some calories that you see on the label only goes for one serving, which is half of the pot pie. The packaging states that the serving is one "cup", which many can mistakenly believe is the entire cup that the pie comes in. This is not true- one serving is half of the pot pie.
This product tastes good, but I won't be purchasing it again because I can't afford to spend half of my daily calories in one meal. For those who aren't watching their calorie intake or need to take in more calories, this will be the item for you.

Average Reviews:

I will begin with saying that I love tacos, and Taco Bell has some really great products, this one included. With my experience, I received the product in a timely manner, delivered by UPS. My complaint is this...their were broken shells in every taco dinner box I received. The pricing was great, and it saved me some money on the product, but I think I would rather have unbroken shells when I try to use them. So, I believe going to the local grocer or supermarket would be the best bet for future purchases.

I was shocked to find this at Amazon! I looked here as a fluke - LOL
The store I currently shop at does not carry this product (old shopping store did) so I was quick to buy a six pack. Easy to make - I added additional veggies that I stir fried, then chicken, all the items in the kit and wow it is really good.
I am going to try shrimp and pork when I get the six pack. I also ordered the Wanchai Ferry Cashew Chicken, have not gotten it yet so I'll wait to add a review for the Wanchai Ferry Cashew Chicken.

This product is great! No one in our family is gluten/wheat intolerant, but I saw it at Whole Foods and decided to try it. My little boys, 2 and 3 1/2, love it and ask for it all the time. It is super easy and quick to make. I definitely recommend adding a frozen veggie (we like edamame or lima beans), but cut up fresh tomatoes and avocado work well too--it really makes it into a meal. We look forward to trying some of the other varieties soon.

Taco Bell Home Originals Hard & Soft Taco Dinner Kit, 14.9-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 10) Review

Taco Bell Home Originals Hard and Soft Taco Dinner Kit, 14.9-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 10)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Three of the six hard taco shells were chips upon arrival and two of the remaining three had minor damage, so we ended up making taco salad with part of it. The hard shells tasted great when crisped in the oven as directed. Soft shell tortillas were fine. Salsa was minimal quantity, but adequate for tacos (taco salad needed more).
Directions -- What You Need: 1 lb lean ground beef; 8 oz. shredded cheddar (or Mexican blend) cheese; Chopped lettuce and tomatoes; and Sour cream --> it's not a complete meal in a box, but does include: 6 flour tortillas for soft tacos; 6 hard taco shells (see above about breakage); seasoning for the meat; tiny package of salsa; and unsweetended Kool-Aid mix. You brown the meat, drain, add the water they failed to mention above and the seasoning mix, boil, then simmer 10 minutes. MEANWHILE, crisp the hard shells in the oven and warm the soft shells (removed from foil packaging) in the microwave. Total prep time is about 20 minutes.
The Tacos were delicious -- must be the special seasoning packet that's included. At 10 for $25 or so on Subscribe and Save, not a bad deal.

Wanchai Ferry Restaurant Favorites, Orange Chicken, 13.7-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 4) Review

Wanchai Ferry Restaurant Favorites, Orange Chicken, 13.7-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 4)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I received a box of this product from a sample program I am in, so did not have to pay for it. I don't love Orange Chicken, and usually choose something different, but of course tried it since it was free. I liked the meal quite a bit. It was very easy to prepare with clear instructions. You do need to buy and prep the most expensive ingredient yourself - the chicken, but most everything else is in the box (with the exception of water and oil for sauteing.)
The chicken was very tender and flavorful - you toss it in a seasoned cornstarch mix which makes it feel almost breaded (not quite) and keeps it very tender. I used half the oil called for it and it was enough. I also used half the orange sauce mix, because I didn't want the orange flavor too strong. I will use the rest of the sauce later, because it was very flavorful. The chilies are included with a few seed for some heat, but not too much.
I like to cook, so I don't normally get this type of thing, but I will definitely considering purchasing more of these kits. I do wish they were a little bit cheaper - if I ever see them on sale, I will snap them up for easy tasty dinners when I don't have time for cooking from scratch. If the product was a little cheaper, I would have given this 5 stars. For me, it is a priced a little bit high, but definitely a quality product.

I love mexican food, and taco kits. Taco Bell brand soft tacos is one of my favorite ones if not my favorite taco kit! You may not exactly save when subscribing. I usually buy these when they are on sale for 1.99 but you do get them quick and easy every month.
The kit comes with soft tortilla taco shells, the seasoning mix, and taco sauce.
I want to buy a little container of extra seasoning because sometimes i use too much meat or my meat seems like it can use a little more flavoring. Especially when using turkey.
Otherwise I love this kit and I'm very happy. I subscribed!

This is one of my staples. I purchase it every other month on auto delivery. It honestly taste like hot & sour soup. It is a little spicy. So, if you don't care for spice you might want to pass it up. But, I doubt it would be too spicy for most people.
